Braai Mix for the win!





I have used many spices/rubs over the years but I have to say that this is the best beef spice I have had. I used it on eggs and it added the savor I was looking for. The other day I did a top round steak and as David suggested dry brined the meat for about 90 minutes before doing a reverse sear. The meat needed nothing else for flavor.
